Exciting and extravagant, we are blowing it out this year to raise funds to cure Pancreatic Cancer at Cattlemen’s Kitchen and Steakhouse, next to George’s Pond (formerly known as Hirsch Coliseum)!

Spread the word about your business with your company name, address, phone number and donation listed in our snazzy online Auction Brochure for our guests before and at the event. All funds raised will go to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
We will gladly pick up your donation or it can be dropped off at Landers Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram at 2701 Benton Road, Bossier City, LA 71111. To be included in the Online Auction Brochure turn in your donation by Monday, November 6, 2017. Please fill out the attached Donation Form and return it to April Babcock at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can drop it off with your donation to the address listed above. - 5:45 PM – Midnight Cattlemen’s Kitchen and Steakhouse opens for all Tiaras, Tuxes and Tennis Shoes guests as well as all PSL Holders for the Shreveport Mudbugs
- 7:11 PM – Mudbugs games starts – Your ticket to Tiaras, Tuxes and Tennis Shoes also gets you into the Mudbugs game
- 9:30 PM – Jersey Auction immediately after the game in sections V and W this will be announced over the PA system
- Midnight Gala ends– Thank you for your support
